• RFQ processing and quote development
• Vendor sourcing and qualification
• Order expediting and inspection coordination
• Documentation and traceability management
• Logistics and customs coordination

3. RFQ and Quotations

Quotations provided by Sigma are valid for the period specified in each quote. All quotations are subject to:

• Manufacturer availability and lead times
• Currency fluctuations and market conditions
• Final technical specification review
• Credit approval where applicable

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a valid purchase order and any required advance payment. Payment terms are as specified in individual quotations and order confirmations.

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery terms and risk transfer are governed by the Incoterms specified in each quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, standard delivery terms apply as stated in the quote documentation.

6. Warranty and Returns

Products supplied by Sigma carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Sigma does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the original equipment manufacturer. Returns are subject to manufacturer policies and must be authorized in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the value of the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim. Sigma shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sigma website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sigma Industrial Equipment USA, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of business, including but not limited to pricing, technical specifications, and business processes.

10. Compliance

Sigma operates in compliance with applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their orders comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

Sigma reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
